It can take up to 30 minutes to receive your tickets by email. Please check your Spam Folder if you did not receive the tickets. Also check your spam settings. If your spam folder is set to automatically block content from unknown senders you are not able to receive your tickets. Email tickets can also not be received if you have rules in your email that automatically delete messages from unknown senders. You should be able to receive the email tickets in your spam folder and indicate that the ticket email is no spam, so next time you will receive them into your inbox.
If you did not create an account during the ordering process you can go to the ticket resend self service page or contact support@dizizid.com. Our support desk has an average daytime response of 4 hours, and we aim to resolve all queries within 24 hours. You can also login to your personal page: www.dizizid.com/my-dizizid/. There you can find your tickets in the events tab.
For each ticket you will receive a separate email. Some email programs put the emails from the same sender below each other so you have a good overview of your email history from each sender.
You might have missed the other tickets, check your email again and open the whole email history. There you will probably find the other tickets. It can also be that the rest of your tickets ended up in your Spam Folder. Indicate that the ticket email is no spam, so next time you will receive all tickets into your inbox. If you cannot find them you can go to the ticket resend self service page or contact support@dizizid.com.

You or someone else created an account that is registered to your email address. Only one account can be registered with your email address. If you do not know the password to your account, select the option "I have a Dizizid account and want to login" enter your email address and choose "Forgot password?". You will receive an email with a password reset. After you have set a new password you can login and order you tickets.
We're sorry to hear this, but unfortunately we won't be able to assist you. We advise you to reprint your tickets and arrive at the event as early as possible as tickets are only valid for a single entry. You can still gain entry to the event if the stolen/lost tickets have not been used.
Some events require picture identification by the organizer. These tickets are non-transferable. For events without picture identification the tickets are not personal. You can transfer your tickets to someone else. You can contact the event organizer if you are not sure.
For online paid tickets it is not possible to change, exchange or cancel tickets. You can read this in the "terms of use" of the online ticket shop. You can always contact the organizer to see if they can offer a change option. Tickets without picture identification are not personal and therefore transferable.
For reservation tickets it is possible to cancel your reservation before start of the event. In your personal page (www.dizizid.com/my-dizizid) in the events tab there will be a cancellation option if it is possible to cancel your ticket reservation.
