I have sent an email to Support. When do I get a response?

Our support desk has an average daytime response of 4 hours, and we aim to resolve all queries within 24 hours.

The battery of my mobile phone is empty or I forgot my mobile where I have my ticket on, how can gain entrance to the event?

If you are not able to show your entrance ticket, your ticket can be manually found by the event organizer. Together with your identification (drivers licence, passport or id-card) the organizer can grant you access to the event.
