Please check your email Spam Folder if you did not receive your account password. Also check if your email provider does not have an interruption resulting in delayed reception of your email.

I'm trying to register again but I receive the message that my email address is already in use. What should I do?

If you already created an account you do not have to register again. Just login with your email address and password. If you forgot your password just enter your email address in the email login field and select the option forgot password.

My email address or mobile number has changed how can I update my information?

You can login into your personal page at: www.dizizid.com/my-dizizid/ and change all your information there.

The event organizer does not accept the picture i have uploaded how can i change my picture?

You can login into your personal page at: www.dizizid.com/my-dizizid and change your picture there. Make sure your picture is clear and of good resolution to recognize you. Your photo must show a close-up of your full head and shoulders and must be only of you with no other objects or people. Your photo may be rejected if it shows you:

- with a head covering
- with your eyes covered by sunglasses, tinted glasses or hair
